
Excepting Kincaid’s restaurant and a few public restrooms, the project would demolish all existing properties in the Seaside Lagoon, along with a large parking structure adjacent to the pier. The area proposed for redevelopment includes the Redondo Beach Pier and Seaside Lagoon.
